Fill Out Your Intake Form
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll fill out a short intake form about your business, your goals, and your vision. Takes about 5 minutes and gives us everything we need to get started.
Submit Your Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your spot and officially kicks off the project. The remaining 50% is due only when your finished website is approved by you. We don't take full payment until you're happy.
Upload Your Assets
We'll send you a shared Google Drive link to upload your logo, photos, and any content you want on the site. No tech knowledge required — we guide you through exactly what we need.
We Build Your Website
Once we have your assets, we get to work. Depending on your package, this takes 1–5 weeks. We build from scratch around your business — no templates, no shortcuts.
Review on Google Meet
When your first draft is ready, we schedule a Google Meet walkthrough. We go through every section of the site together, you share feedback in real time, and we note everything to revise.
Revisions & Refinements
We incorporate all your feedback and make the necessary revisions. Depending on the package, you'll have 2–3 rounds of revisions to get it exactly right.
Final Approval & Launch
Once you're happy with everything, we do a final review together, collect the remaining 50% balance, and launch your new website live. You'll receive all login details and documentation.
